Order processing
• Orders are processed according to your delivery preference
• Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays)

Delivery options
• Delivery charges are per order
• Delivery for most orders is within 3-7 business days
• An order can be delivered to one address only. If you would like orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
• Please ensure that the details you submit through our website are accurate, including the complete shipping address, phone number, post code, and name.
• Your items are packed carefully to prevent damage

Order cancellations

Occasionally, orders might be cancelled by our system. Possible reasons are:
• Item(s) not available.
• Difficulty in processing payment information.
• Cannot deliver to the address provided.
• A duplicate order was placed.
• Cancellation due to a customer request.

In case of order cancellation, an email will be sent to you explaining the reason for the cancellation. You original payment will be refunded for the appropriate amount.
If you wish to change or cancel your order prior to dispatching, please call our Boutique team on +66 (0) 3253 6536, ext. 8627 with your order number.
Please note as we generally dispatch orders within 1- 2 days, it may not be possible to cancel prior to dispatch.

• Bank transfer – please email us for our bank details. Usually, the bank requires 3-4 working days to complete the transfer.

Delivery rules & restrictions
• To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses, we are unable to process orders to a P.O. Box address.

Damaged/Faulty/Incorrect items
If the items you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please notify us immediately by calling our Boutique team on +66 (0) 3253 6536, ext. 8627.
